Relationships take work, staying together can be difficult, especially when your partner has hurt you like you have never been hurt before. I am in the business of encouraging couples to stay together through difficult times. I have experience helping couples reconcile and am here to serve you in any capacity you wish to move beyond this present pain. My heart's desire is to help relationships be healthy in order to have healthy families, healthy children, and a healthier society.
There exists a tremendous gap of services in our community for parents who are having a hard time with their adolescent or teen. My experience in bringing peace to families comes from working at several different social services like Family Services Thames Valley (FSTV), Child and Parent Resource Institute (CPRI), and Western Area Youth Services (WAYS). I would like to offer my services to families in need now as I know how to relate to adolescents and teens; as well as, communicate effectively to you the parent(s), please contact me to set up an appointment and allow me to help you all through this difficult time.
Expressing Anger in a Healthy Way
Anger is a normal emotion felt by all of us that can be expressed in a healthy or unhealthy way. Unfortunately many of us have learned how to express anger in unhealthy ways from silence or avidance to screaming even fighting. From my own journey in healing from angry outbursts let me lead you in expressing anger in a healthy way. Anger is a normal and healthy emotion that can be useful to us instead of destructive.

Put simply depression is a concern or regret linked to a past or present situation. For those with severe symptoms medication may be necessary but medication alone is not the answer. Research shows that the combination of medication and counselling is the most effective way for one to find freedom from depression. Allow me the honour of joining on this journey toward living a healthy life without depression.

Dealing with Toxic Workplaces
Conflict is an inevitable reality in any context; how we walk through conflict is the key. My own personal work experience as an employee at a myriad of different jobs, getting fired a few times and even being on the other side as a leader, a Director of approximately 25 employees has given me a wide breadth experience to help others. In my practice I have helped people through conflict with co-workers, managers, employees, and even Human Resources.
